The R&D team of Springpower Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has many talented and experienced professionals, such as the specialists with more than ten years experiences in Li-ion fields. Within the team, there are twelve engineers, three of which have with Master degrees, six with Bachelor degrees and three with professional college certifications. The R&D Center focuses on studying advanced technology, as well as focus on better complementing products as primary objective. The R&D Center can design new products according to customers’ demand in five days, also research and develop a variety of new models for soft pack and cylindrical series every month. In order to turn experimental results into industrial products as fast as possible, R&D team has been devoting significant resources to construct trial production lines and medium size trial production lines capable of producing 1,000 batteries per day. Moreover, Springpower Technology has invested 3% of sales revenue into R&D center construction and new products developing.
